The Idlelo Conference, hosted by the University of the Western Cape, brought together Opensource advocates from South Africa and the globe.  With a keynote from Richard Stallman, Dwayne presented on OSS as an enabler for ICT releveant to Africa, of course touching on localisation and its impact in the Africa.
